Beratung für Zurückgekehrte in Belgrad
Geflüchtete, die nach Serbien zurückgekehrt sind, können sich in Belgrad an eine Beratungsstelle der serbischen Caritas für Rückkehrende wenden. Die Beraterinnen Jelena Micovic und Kristina Snajder Deak bieten Hilfestellung und Begleitung vor Ort in Belgrad an.
Viele Rückkehrende scheuen sich, Unterstützung zu beantragen oder wissen nicht, dass sie diese in Anspruch nehmen können: Die Sozialarbeiterinnen wollen den Rückkehrenden helfen, ihnen zustehende Leistungen zu ermitteln, und sie gegebenenfalls durch die Begleitung bei Behördengängen auch bei der Durchsetzung ihrer Rechte unterstützen.
Die Beratungsstelle in Belgrad bietet Zurückgekehrten Beratung und Orientierung und nicht-materielle Unterstützung bei sozialen, familiären und behördlichen Angelegenheiten.
Rückkehrberaterinnen und Rückkehrberater in Deutschland können sich an die Beratungsstelle in Belgrad wenden, um Zurückkehrende dort anzukündigen oder Informationen für die konkrete Rückkehr zu erhalten. Dies betrifft auch Informationen über die medizinische Versorgung, über Zeugnisse und ihre Anerkennung, geeignete Reisezeiten und Verschiedenes mehr.
